Come Together to Create and Celebrate!
On Saturday 1st March, Alistair, Liam and Bill from our poetry group performed at Malcom X Centre for Diverse Artist Network’s Showcase of Creativity in St Pauls!
It was a great chance for our members to perform their work. We shared a collection of new and old work, including ‘Mirror Ball’ – Bill’s piece inspired by the Harbourside for our poetry walk, and poems about flight from our project with Lapidus. We were even interviewed at the end of the day! We look forward to seeing their performances and interview on Diverse Artist Network’s film of the whole day – coming soon.
We enjoyed seeing all the creativity present around our base in St Pauls, and felt very proud to be a part of it.
