We are super excited to share our brand new poetry film Missing Kissing.

The poetry group wrote ‘Missing Kissing’ about relationships, kissing, and heartbreak – longing, connection and the universal experience of wanting to love and be loved.

The group wanted to make a poem about a part of life that’s not often talked about with people with learning disabilities, the desire to be in relationships and experience intimacy

They worked with Anita Karla Kelly, Artistic Lead, throughout the process with Bristol legend Kid Carpet to put the poem to music and with Redweather Productions to turn it into a film.

Filmed in January at The Trinity Centre with creation supported through funding from Bristol City Council’s Originators Fund in 2025. Click here to see behind the scenes of our filming day.
